With limited products available, it was crucial that the website feature interactive elements to drive customer engagement. Tutorial videos, a product guide and an interactive social media feed encouraged customers to get involved in the site experience. Various sign-up sheets also contributed to significant database growth which we were able to share with our client L’Oreal.
